Thank you to everyone who took part in Great Big Green Week 2026.
From 6 to 14 June, more than 1.6 million people came together at over 10,000 events across the UK. Together for good, communities made their neighbourhoods better places to live, protected the nature they love and showed decision makers that people across the UK want positive change.
And it reached new people: more than half of those who came along told us they rarely or never go to climate events, yet they showed up for Great Big Green Week, drawn by community, connection and the chance to learn.

Great Big Green Week returns 5–13 June 2027
Next June, communities across the UK will come together for good again, from planting and repairing to sharing food and celebrating the places they love. Whether you want to run a small event, organise a local green week or find one near you, everything you need is on the Great Big Green Week website.
