ACT NOW CHANGE FOREVER: WHAT'S NEXT?
Lobby Week is wrapping up, and what a journey it’s been. Back in July, the Act Now Change Forever mass lobby saw thousands of people meet MPs in Westminster, pressing home the call for bold, practical action for people, climate and nature.
That national moment set the tone for September’s Lobby Week, when communities across the UK met their MPs closer to home. From café chats and park walks to packed community halls, people everywhere showed their MPs that climate and nature action is mainstream, urgent, and deeply rooted in their constituencies. In Scotland and Wales, mass lobbies saw brilliant turnouts, sending an unmistakable message to decision-makers in Cardiff, Edinburgh and Westminster alike.
We’ve shown what’s possible when we act as one. Momentum is still building, with many MP meetings yet to take place. What matters now is keeping that engagement going: making sure climate and nature stay on the agenda long after Lobby Week. You can use our resources to contact your MP, prepare for future meetings, and connect with others in your community.
