2015 is set to be a crucial year in the fight against climate change. Time is short, but the love is strong. Over the coming months world leaders could make decisions to protect all we hold dear. Make them feel what you feel and don’t lose what you love to climate change. Will you join us to protect what you love this year?
People across the country are turning their red hearts green this February to #ShowTheLove on Valentine’s Day. With a breathtaking short film and green hearts to make, wear and share with your loved ones, now’s the time to show others how much you care about them - and the planet.
Blooming flowers, birdsong and country walks - Spring is a favourite season for many, but we could lose so much of what we love about it to climate change. As we step into Spring, our members are celebrating love in the natural world with a seasonal photo competition. Watch this space for more details on how to get involved.
June will see the UK’s biggest ever climate lobby, Speak Up For The Love Of... Over 10,000 people will flood the streets of Westminster to speak up for what they love and ask their newly-elected politicians to act on climate change. And in December, world leaders will meet in Paris to reach a global agreement to cut greenhouse gas emissions. We need to tell them how much this matters – so we’ll be building momentum to make sure all our voices are heard in Paris and beyond.
